Nayib Bukele was born on August 18, 1981, in San Salvador, El Salvador. He is the son of Nayib Bukele Ortez and Ana María Ortez de Bukele. He has two siblings, a brother and a sister. He later moved to the United States to pursue higher education, studying at the University of Central Florida and the University of Southern California.
